The hotel room was a bit warm due to the ineffective air conditioning, but overall very comfortable with nice amenities provided. The service was excellent, with professional and polite staff offering various services. The location had outstanding views and activities, although the surrounding area seemed a bit run down. The hotel is making updates next year, but overall, a pleasant stay. The service was outstanding, making our visit delightful. The location is stunning, though the water felt too salty. Dining was superb value for money compared to other resorts. Overall, a great spot with a few minor drawbacks.
At first glance, the rooms seemed more like a 3-star than a 5-star, appearing tired, but they turned out to be surprisingly comfortable with great amenities like cozy beds, air conditioning, and a lovely patio area. The sea view added a nice touch, and the daily room service was a bonus.
I had a wonderful stay at Knossos Royal from 11th to 18th October. The hotel's garden view ground floor room offered a beautiful overlooking pool and sea view. The rooms, though slightly dated, were exceptionally clean and bright, with daily changes of sheets and towels, ensuring a very comfortable sleep experience.
The hotel offers a pleasant stay with rooms overlooking the shared pool and the beautiful sea. While the mini bar selection could be improved, the old furniture slightly downgrades the luxury feel of the rooms.
